The platform is intended to help users evaluate tender requirements against their company profile. CheckTenderAI is an advisory tool only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified advisors for decisions related to bidding or compliance.
Users must provide accurate company information when using the service. Users are solely responsible for final bid submission decisions and for verifying all tender requirements. CheckTenderAI does not guarantee eligibility for any tender or the award of any contract. Use of the service is at the user's own risk.
Eligibility rules are extracted from tender documents using automated AI-based extraction. Results may not be 100% accurate or complete. Users must verify final tender documents and eligibility criteria manually before making any bidding or business decisions. CheckTenderAI is not liable for errors or omissions in extracted or matched data.
The FREE plan includes limited eligibility checks as specified at sign-up. The PRO plan is billed monthly at ₹499/month. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. CheckTenderAI does not store card details. There are no automatic refunds after usage. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All platform content, design, logic, and software are the property of CheckTenderAI. Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the service without explicit written permission.
CheckTenderAI is not liable for any bidding losses, EMD losses, loss of business, or decisions made by users based on the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
CheckTenderAI may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violation of these terms, or for any other reason at its discretion. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
