Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for CheckTenderAI, an AI-powered tender eligibility checker offered as a digital SaaS platform.

Subscription Payments

CheckTenderAI offers a FREE plan with limited checks and a PRO plan billed monthly via Razorpay. By subscribing to the PRO plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused days in the billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Since CheckTenderAI is a digital service and access is provided immediately after payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases where:

• you are charged but unable to access the platform due to a verified technical failure on our side; or
• a duplicate payment is made for the same subscription period,

we will review your request and may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at checktenderai@gmail.com with the following details:

• Registered email address used on CheckTenderAI
• Payment date and amount
• Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference
• Brief description of the issue

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to your bank or card provider's timelines.
